We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of fault on our part (defective product, damaged item, wrong order, significant delay, quality issues, etc.).
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • After this 7-day period, the product is considered as used and is no longer eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@airvactravel.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. For any return inquiries, please feel free to contact us at contact@airvactravel.com.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
To ensure you get what you want quickly, the best way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at finance@airvactravel.com.

Undeliverable Packages / Return to Sender:
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect the package from a pickup location, or refusal of delivery), and the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, no refund will be issued.

The order is considered fulfilled once the package has been shipped and a delivery attempt has been made or the package has been made available by the carrier.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and to monitor tracking updates in order to receive the shipment within the timeframe set by the carrier.

A reshipment may be possible only if the package is returned to us. In that case, additional shipping fees will apply, and must be paid by the customer before reshipment.

If the package is not returned to us or is lost during the return process, no reshipment or refund will be provided

Significant Delays:
In the event of a significant delivery delay, defined as exceeding 40 days after the shipping date, we will implement commercial actions, including discount vouchers, gift cards, or partial refunds, based on the terms agreed upon with the customer. If the delay exceeds 120 days (4 months), the package will be considered lost, and we will provide a full refund along with compensation from the options mentioned above.

Lost Packages:
If you suspect that your package is lost, please contact us at contact@airvactravel.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer either a refund or a replacement of the item, according to our policy.
